Pink Cake LLC – Terms of Service

By placing an order with Pink Cake LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders  
All orders must be placed through our website, approved messaging channels, or in person. Orders are not confirmed until full payment or the required deposit has been received.

2. Payments  
Full payment is required to secure your order unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods available on our website or in store.

3. Custom Orders  
Custom and personalized cakes require design approval prior to production. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Order Changes  
Any changes to flavor, design, pickup time, or date must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

5. Pickup and Delivery  
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the scheduled time. Pink Cake LLC is not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up or delivered.

6. Product Variations  
All cakes and desserts are handmade. Slight variations in color, decoration, or design may occur.

7. Allergies and Ingredients  
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.

8. Refund Policy  
Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for information regarding cancellations and refunds.

9. Right to Refuse Service  
Pink Cake LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including abusive behavior or violation of our policies.

10. Policy Updates  
Pink Cake LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
