Refund & Return Policy

At Pink Cake LLC, all of our desserts are handmade and prepared fresh to order. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and changes.

1. No Returns  
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any cakes, desserts, or baked goods once they have been picked up or delivered.

2. Order Cancellations  
Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to receive a full refund.  
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the order date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.

3. Order Changes  
Changes to an order (design, flavor, date, or pickup time) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders  
All custom cakes and personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded once production has started.

5. Quality Concerns  
If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product with photos and your order details. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Pickup Responsibility  
Once an order leaves our store, Pink Cake LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.

7. Color & Design Disclaimer  
Because all products are handmade, slight variations in color, decoration, and design may occur.
