At Pink Cake LLC, all of our desserts are freshly made to order to ensure the best quality.

1. Order Processing Time  
All orders require advance notice. Processing time may vary depending on the product and customization requested. Please place your order in advance to secure your preferred pickup or delivery date.

2. Local Pickup  
Customers may select local pickup at checkout. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.  
Please arrive at the selected time to ensure the quality and freshness of your order.

3. Local Delivery  
Local delivery may be available within selected areas and is subject to an additional delivery fee. Delivery availability and fees will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Availability  
At this time, most of our cakes and desserts are available for local pickup or local delivery only due to their delicate nature.

Certain products may be available for shipping within the United States. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Responsibility  
Pink Cake LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Order Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information. Pink Cake LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping  
If your shipped order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation.

8. Perishable Products  
Our products are perishable and should be refrigerated or stored according to instructions upon arrival.
